Refund Procedures

Simple steps to make a refund or compensatio claim:

 

1. Customer sends email with detailed errors or problems to admin@11sgd.com.

 

2. We will deal with your orders within 24 hours and try best to compensate your loss or help you to get compensation from sellers. If our errors, we will compensate your loss under compensation limit as S$120 for regular products, and S$80 for sensitive products.

 

3. If not our errors, and if seller agrees with return/ exchange, we will help you to return products to China, customers need to pay shipping fee.
